TERMS

• All abstract submissions must be made via the online presentation portal and must be submitted by the closing date of 1 March 2026
• All e-poster presenters are required to register and pay to attend the meeting, either as an on-site or virtual attendee.
  
• Multiple abstracts may be submitted for e-poster presentation. There is no limit on the number of accepted e-poster presentations.
• The judge’s decision is final.
