ABSTRACTS

All abstracts must be submitted via the online portal, which will be open on 1 November 2025, with a prize awarded for the Best E-Poster Presentation. 

Authors will be asked to submit papers of a clinical or research nature and/or interesting cases that are “For the Advancement of the Field of MSK Radiology” with preference given to those which align with the theme of "New Paradigms in MSK". The Program Committee will evaluate the content of e-poster submissions with respect to clarity, topicality, originality, novelty, depth, impact and interest and their decision is final.

While it is anticipated that the majority of abstracts will be submitted for e-poster presentation on-site at the meeting, and via the virtual conference platform, there is space for up to three oral presentations of a high calibre within the scientific program.

Accepted e-poster abstracts will be displayed on-site at the meeting, via the conference app and the virtual conference platform. Accepted oral (podium) abstracts will be presented on-site at the meeting on Sunday 3 May 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. Abstract submissions will open from 1 November 2025 and all abstract submissions must be made via the online presentation portal.
   
   
2. E-poster presentations and a maximum of three oral presentations of a high calibre only will be selected from the submitted abstracts and the Review Committee's decision is final.
   
   
3. Abstract submissions close on 1 March 2026 and all applicants will be notified of acceptance/decline on Monday 16 March 2026.
   
   
4.  Accepted e-poster abstracts will be displayed on-site at the meeting, via the conference app and the virtual conference platform. Accepted oral (podium) abstracts will be presented on-site at the meeting from on Sunday 3 May 2026. All presentation guidelines will be provided by the Conference Managers, upon acceptance of abstracts.
   
   
5. Accepted e-poster and oral abstracts may be published online post-meeting in the Society publication, “Skeletal Radiology Journal” as well as on the AMSIG website www.amsig.org.
   
   
6.  All presenters are required to register and pay to attend the meeting, either as an on-site or virtual attendee**

** All podium presenters are required to register and pay to attend the meeting and must deliver their talk as an on-site attendee at the Shangri-La Sydney.

All e-poster presenters are required to register and pay to attend the meeting, either as an on-site or virtual attendee.
